1. SCOPE, CUSTOMER INFORMATION

These general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between SPIRE CANDLE and consumers who purchase goods through our website, www.spirecandle.in. All prices are quoted in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable taxes.

2. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

The presentation of products on the website is not a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalog. A binding order is only placed when you click the "Order" button on the order page. You will then receive an order confirmation via email.

3. REGISTRATION

You are responsible for providing truthful and complete personal information during registration. Keep your login credentials confidential and avoid unauthorized sharing. SPIRE CANDLE will treat your data confidentially. Unauthorized use or manipulation of the website may lead to legal consequences.

Each customer may maintain only one account. Violations may result in warnings, termination of access, or deletion/modification of content.

4. STORAGE OPTIONS AND ACCESS TO THE CONTRACT TEXT

Upon order completion, you will receive an automatic email confirmation with your order details and these Terms and Conditions, which can be saved or printed. Your order history is accessible via your account.

5. ORDERS

Orders must be placed through the online shop. We do not process orders via email or phone.

6. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Payment is required immediately via credit card (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, UPI, or prepayment. Available payment options may vary by delivery country. Charges are applied at the time of order placement.

Orders ship via third-party carriers such as India Post or Blue Dart. Delivery times depend on location and may be extended due to force majeure. After handover to the carrier, the risk transfers to you.

7. RESERVATION OF TITLE

Goods remain the property of SPIRE CANDLE until full payment is received.

8. GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are redeemable on our website. They are not exchangeable for cash and do not earn interest.

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

Indian law governs these Terms. Jurisdiction for disputes lies in Mumbai, India.

10. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms may be updated due to legal, technological, or business changes. Changes become effective unless you object within six weeks of notification.

12. WARRANTY AND COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT

Statutory warranty rights apply. For complaints, please include order details, product description, and supporting documents (photos, receipts, etc.).

13. RIGHT OF RETURN

You may return products within 5 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and including any freebies. Use the provided return link to initiate a return. Items that don’t meet return criteria may be rejected for refund or exchange.

14. EXCHANGE POLICY

Defective or unsuitable products can be exchanged within 5 days of delivery. The replacement ships after we receive and inspect the original item.

15. REFUNDS POLICY

Refunds are processed within 7 days of warehouse receipt and inspection. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method; COD orders to a provided bank account. Shipping and COD fees are non-refundable. Refunds for prepaid orders are issued within 3–5 business days.

16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

SPIRE CANDLE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, except those explicitly stated or required by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability for damages due to slight negligence is limited to the purchase value, except in cases of personal injury, fraudulent intent, or breach of material contractual obligations.

    FORCE MAJEURE
    We are not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, pandemics, or government actions.

19. RULES OF CONDUCT
